About the Role

As a Retirement Living Server, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing the highest degree of dining services to our residents. Your primary focus is to create an enjoyable dining experience while maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment. You will set the dining room, including table layout, place settings, and centerpieces, demonstrating knowledge of table assignments and locations. Meals are served in a courteous and timely manner in accordance with established dietary policies.

Safety and sanitation are paramount in this role. You will be responsible for reporting any environmental situations that could pose a threat to the safety or well-being of residents immediately. Additionally, you will use chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment safely and effectively, adhering to food safety regulations established by federal, state, local, and private accreditation organizations. This includes following best practices for the safe and sanitary handling, preparation, storage, and service of foods, such as proper hand washing, glove usage, and sanitizing work surfaces.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and possess a willingness to receive on-the-job training. We welcome any equivalent combination of experience and training. The role offers flexible work schedules with options for full-time (Days/Evenings 11:30am - 7:30pm) or part-time shifts.
