As a Retail Store Manager, you will serve as the leader of a retail team, bringing the Arch Telecom brand to life. You will live and breathe the brand's core values, acting as a brand ambassador who creates energy and excitement around products and services. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are the top priority.
Your day will involve immersing yourself in meaningful connections with customers, building new relationships and deepening existing ones. You will uncover customer needs and educate them on device and service solutions, ensuring they find personalized answers beyond basic plans. Whether helping customers transition from online or customer care interactions to in-store experiences, or demonstrating the latest technology and IoT devices, you will lead by example to ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals.
You will also partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to collectively own the customer experience. This collaboration ensures a seamless, run-around-free environment where small business leads are identified and resolved with patience, honesty, and empathy.
