About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Whether you are passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales, this role offers significant opportunities for growth within an essential industry. Your day-to-day involves maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated environment while utilizing diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 16 years old to apply. We look for individuals with a flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Those with basic automotive knowledge, previous experience in automotive retail, or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification are encouraged to apply. Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English are highly valued.
