As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you play a pivotal role in store leadership. Alongside the Boutique Manager, you will strategize on sales, profitability, and operations while delivering an unforgettable Nespresso experience. Your mission is to inspire and empower your team to provide an inviting and exceptional customer journey.
You will represent Nespresso culture by mentoring, caring, acting, and innovating to bring the beloved brand to life. In this role, you will not only lead by example as an agile coffee expert but also create a hospitable environment where storytelling educates guests on our coffee and sustainability. You will drive team development through feedback and recognition, fostering a growth-focused culture inspired by learning.
