About the Role
The Sales Merchandiser position is responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Reporting to the Market Sales Manager, this role requires daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead. You will serve as the bridge between the company and the store, building rapport with store associates and management while educating customers and personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands.
In this role, you will execute assigned projects, resets, and displays with high accuracy to maintain account aesthetics. Success in this position requires a detailed understanding of company policies, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and consistent use of handheld devices to report activities, sales opportunities, and potential barriers to leadership.
