About the Role

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Reporting to the Market Sales Manager, this role requires daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead. You will build rapport with store associates and management, educating customers and personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands. Your day will involve executing projects, resets, and displays with high accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and ensure compliance. Success in this role requires a detailed understanding of company policies, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and consistent use of handheld devices to report activities, sales opportunities, and potential barriers.
