About the Role

This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with every shopper and embodying our core customer experience principles. You will be the face of the store, responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment while upholding our operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, fostering a culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Your day-to-day involves accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting our credit and loyalty programs, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. You will also actively participate in store recovery efforts to ensure the shopping environment remains inviting. As a team member, you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business.

Location & Compensation

This opportunity is located at our TJ Maxx store in Charleston, SC (1812 Sam Rittenberg Blvd). The position offers a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
