As a team member at Marshalls, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. Your day will involve engaging with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will play a key role in upholding our operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will accurately process transactions, promote our credit and loyalty programs, and ensure merchandise is prepared and displayed according to company standards. The position offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple store areas, allowing you to support business needs dynamically and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
