About the Role
FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to join our team as a Retail Customer Associate at our FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing professional customer service while assisting clients with a wide range of shipping, mailing, printing, and business service solutions.
Day in the Life
As a Retail Customer Associate, you will greet customers and guide them through their shipping and business needs. You will process shipping orders, help customers choose the best shipping options, and ensure packages are properly prepared for shipment are correctly labeled and entered into the FedEx tracking system. Your role also involves operating printing and copying equipment, assisting with document printing, scanning, and business services. You will manage customer orders, answer phones, and maintain a clean and organized retail store environment.
