About the Role

FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to join our team as a Retail Customer Associate to work within our FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance with shipping services, printing services, and comprehensive printing solutions, and business service needs. Your mission is to ensure a positive customer experience by guiding clients through their shipping and mailing requirements with expertise and care.

Day in the Life

As a Retail Customer Associate, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your day will involve greeting customers, processing shipping orders, and managing customer orders, and assisting with document printing, scanning, and operating various business equipment. You will play a key role in preparing packages for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and entered into the FedEx tracking system. Additionally, you will handle cash register operations, answer phone inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail store environment. By following FedEx customer service procedures and shipping guidelines, you will help customers choose the best shipping options and process payments efficiently.
