About the Role
FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to work in FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will assist customers with shipping services, printing services, and business service solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional customer service while ensuring a clean and organized retail store environment.
Day in the Life
As a Retail Customer Associate, your day involves greeting customers and helping them choose the best shipping options for their needs. You will process shipping orders, prepare packages for shipment, and ensure all types of shipments, and verify that all packages are properly labeled and entered into the FedEx tracking system. and entered into the tracking system.
Beyond shipping, you will operate printing and copying equipment to assist customers with document printing, scanning, and copying.
