About the Role
FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to join our team as a Retail Customer Associate to work within our FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with a wide range of shipping, printing, and business service solutions. Your mission is to provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service while ensuring that all packages and documents are handled with care and accuracy.
Day in the Life
As a Retail Customer Associate, your day involves greeting customers and guiding them through their shipping and mailing needs. You will help customers choose the best shipping options, process payments, and label packages, and ensure they are properly entered into the FedEx tracking system. Beyond the physical handling of packages, you will operate printing and copying equipment, assisting customers with document printing, scanning, and faxing. You will also manage customer orders, answer phones, and maintain a clean and organized retail store environment, professional retail store environment.
