Retail Customer Service Associate

About the Role

FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to work in FedEx Office retail locations, where you will assist customers with shipping services, printing services, and business service solutions. As a Retail Customer Associate, you serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive professional and efficient support for their mailing, shipping, and printing needs.

Day in the Life

In this role, you will greet customers and guide them through the shipping process, helping them choose the best shipping options for their packages. You will be responsible for processing shipping orders, preparing packages for shipment, and ensuring proper labeling, and entering package details into the FedEx tracking system. Your day will also involve operating cash registers, processing payments, and managing customer orders.

Beyond shipping, you will operate printing and copying equipment to assist customers with document printing, scanning, and copying. You will also handle business services, including scanning and faxing, and answer phones to manage customer inquiries. Maintaining a clean and organized retail store environment is essential to providing a positive customer experience.
