Retail Customer Service Associate

About the Role

FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to work in FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will assist customers with shipping services, printing services, and business service solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional customer service while ensuring a clean and organized retail store environment.

Day in the Life

As a Retail Customer Associate, you will greet customers and help them choose the best shipping options for their needs. You will process shipping orders, prepare packages for shipment, and ensure all types of shipments, and handle packaging and labeling to ensure packages are properly entered into the FedEx tracking system. Your role also involves operating cash registers, processing payments, and managing customer orders. Additionally, you will assist customers with document printing, scanning, faxing, and other business services, including operating printing and copying equipment. You will answer phones and maintain a professional demeanor while following FedEx customer service procedures, shipping guidelines, and retail sales procedures.
