About the Role

FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to join our team as a Retail Customer Associate to work within our FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance with shipping services, printing solutions, and business needs. Your mission is to ensure a positive customer experience by helping clients navigate their shipping, mailing, and printing requirements, and business service solutions efficiently and accurately.

Day in the Life

As a Retail Customer Associate, you will greet customers and assist them with a variety of tasks, including processing shipping orders, printing and copying documents, and preparing packages for shipment. You will operate cash registers to process payments, handle packaging and labeling, and ensure all packages are properly labeled and entered into the FedEx tracking system. Additionally, you will assist customers with document printing, scanning, faxing, and other business services, answer phones, and manage customer orders. Maintaining a clean and organized retail store environment is also a key part of your daily responsibilities.

Benefits and Growth

This position typically pays $16 to $22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and shift differential pay for evening or weekend shifts.
