About the Role
FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to join our team as a Retail Customer Associate to work within our FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with a wide range of shipping, printing, and business service solutions. Your mission is to provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service while ensuring that all shipping and mailing needs are met with precision.
Day in the Life
As a Retail Customer Associate, your day involves greeting customers and guiding them through their shipping and printing needs. You will be responsible for processing shipping orders, helping customers choose the best shipping options, and preparing packages for shipment. This includes handling packaging, labeling, and ensuring all packages are properly entered into the FedEx tracking system.
You will also operate printing and copying equipment, assisting customers with document printing, scanning, faxing, and other business services. Additionally, you will manage customer orders, answer phones, and maintain a clean and organized retail store environment. Your role is essential in maintaining the high standards of customer service that FedEx is known for, following established customer service procedures, shipping guidelines, and retail sales procedures.

Compensation
This position typically pays $16 to $22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and shift differential pay for evening or weekend shifts.
