Retail Customer Service Associate

About the Role

FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to work in FedEx Office retail locations, where you will assist customers with shipping, printing, and business service solutions. As a Retail Customer Associate, you are the face of FedEx Office, providing professional customer service while managing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores.

Day in the Life

In this role, you will greet customers and help them choose the right shipping options for their needs. You will process shipping orders, prepare packages for shipment, and ensure all types of shipments, and verify that all packages are properly labeled and entered into the FedEx tracking system. Your responsibilities also include operating cash registers, processing payments, and managing customer orders. Additionally, you will assist customers with document services such as printing, copying, scanning, and faxing. Maintaining a clean and organized retail store environment is essential to ensuring a positive customer experience.
