About the Role
FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to join our team as a Retail Customer Associate to work within our FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance with shipping, printing, and business service solutions. Your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, accurate, and supportive of their personal or business needs.
Day in the Life
As a Retail Customer Associate, you will manage a variety of tasks that keep our retail locations running smoothly. Your day typically involves greeting customers and helping them navigate shipping options, process payments, and mailing needs, and printing requirements. You will be responsible for preparing packages for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and entered into the FedEx tracking system.
Beyond shipping, you will operate printing and copying equipment, assisting customers with document printing, scanning, and faxing. You will also handle business services, answer phones, manage customer orders, and maintain a clean and organized retail store environment. Adhering to FedEx customer service procedures, shipping guidelines, and retail sales procedures is essential to delivering a high-quality experience.
