About the Role

As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Goodwill, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping and donation experience. This position is essential to keeping our stores running efficiently and directly supporting our community programs. You will serve as a bridge between our mission and the community, ensuring that every customer and donor feels valued.

In this role, you will bring positivity and professionalism to every interaction. Your day will involve operating cash registers, processing transactions accurately, and handling donations with care. You will also be responsible for sorting, pricing, and merchandising donated goods to meet company standards while maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas. By contributing to sales and production goals, you help sustain the operations that fund our life-changing programs.
