About the Role
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Goodwill, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping and donation experience. Your work keeps our stores running efficiently and directly supports our community programs. You will help transform lives through the power of work by providing excellent service to every customer and donor with professionalism and positivity.
From processing transactions and handling donations with care to sorting, pricing, and merchandising goods, your daily contributions help us meet sales and production goals. You will work in a team environment, maintaining clean and safe work areas while supporting our RISE values: Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
