About the Role
As a Restaurant Staff team member, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for upholding our high standards of customer service and operational quality. Your day-to-day involves effectively communicating with management regarding scheduling, customer feedback, or equipment needs, while ensuring all products are stocked and prepared according to company guidelines.
You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This includes managing customer service areas, from dining room tables and condiment stations to restrooms and food production units. Additionally, you will demonstrate fiscal responsibility by adhering to cash handling policies and working collaboratively as a team player to support the success of the entire crew.
