Key Responsibilities

- check_circleEnsure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed correctly and consistently
- check_circleControl costs to help maximize profitability and ensure budget compliance
- check_circleRecruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members
- check_circleExecute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
- check_circleComplete regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting
- check_circleCommunicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team members
Requirements
