Key Responsibilities

- check_circleLead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant staff
- check_circleEnsure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed correctly and consistently
- check_circleRecruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members
- check_circleExecute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
- check_circleComplete regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting
- check_circleCommunicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team members
- check_circlePlan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance
Requirements
