As a General Manager, you will be the foundation of our operations. This role is designed for motivated individuals ready to become successful, knowledgeable leaders through our paid, internal training program. Over eight weeks, you will progress from a Management Trainee to a fully certified General Manager, ensuring you are well-respected by your team and capable of leading with poise and credibility.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction while driving sales and profitability. Your day-to-day involves recruiting and developing team members, enforcing safety and food standards, and executing new product rollouts. You will also manage financial reporting, inventory, and scheduling to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and meets its budgetary goals.
Our path to leadership is structured to ensure long-term success. All managerial hires begin as Management Trainees in a slow-walk, paid training program. As you advance through the levels of training—Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and finally General Manager—you will earn certification bonuses. Your timeline for completion varies based on your focus and ability to impact a profitable business. Successful candidates will undergo a thorough background check prior to employment.
