About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be the foundation of our operations, responsible for building culture and ensuring the success of your restaurant. This role is designed for motivated individuals who want to grow with a company that views them as a partner in its development. You will lead a team through a paid, internal training program that takes approximately eight weeks, ensuring you are fully knowledgeable of our systems, respected by your peers, and capable of leading with poise.
Your day-to-day involves creating a guest-focused culture, recruiting and developing team members, and coaching the staff to drive sales and profitability. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment by enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, executing new product rollouts, and managing financial reporting and inventory. Ultimately, you will ensure brand standards are met consistently while controlling costs to maximize the restaurant's success.
Hiring Process
We take a deliberate approach to leadership development. All managerial hires begin as "Management Trainees" in a slow-walk, paid training program. This ensures that leaders are fully prepared before advancing to Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and finally General Manager certifications. Your timeline for completion will vary based on your focus and ability to impact a successful business. Successful candidates will undergo a thorough background check as a condition of employment.
