We are currently seeking motivated and inspiring General Managers to join our team across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. As part of one of the largest and fastest-growing Dunkin' franchise groups in the area, TMart owns over seventy Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins locations with more in development. About the Role
This role is designed for individuals who want to become successful, knowledgeable leaders through a comprehensive, paid internal training program. The journey begins as a "Management Trainee," where you will slow-walk through training to ensure you are fully knowledgeable of our systems and processes. This approach ensures our leaders are well-respected by their teams and peers, capable of leading with poise and credibility.
As a General Manager, you will be set up for long-term success. You will oversee all positions within the restaurant, recruit and develop team members, and coach the staff to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a safe and healthy environment, ensuring brand standards are met, and executing new product rollouts. You will also manage financial reporting, control costs, and lead team meetings to communicate priorities and results.
