About the Role
The ideal host/hostess is self-motivated, friendly, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, greeting and seating them quickly and professionally while sharing your enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products.
In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key. Your day will involve supporting various areas of the restaurant as needed, from assisting with new employee training to handling financial transactions, stock work, and cleanup. The schedule for this position varies by week to meet business needs.
