About the Role
We are looking for amazing managers who can inspire their teams and drive our vision forward. In this role, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring strict compliance with company standards. Your focus will be on creating a positive work environment that prioritizes the safety of both guests and team members. You will be responsible for developing your team to their full potential, conducting strong interviews to attract high-quality candidates, and motivating everyone to grow. Additionally, you will play a key role in accomplishing financial objectives, including sales growth, cost management, and quality control.
