Join our team at Mercy Hospital Ada and surrounding communities as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in our flexible GIG program. In this role, you will perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy according to physician's orders, while consulting with physicians on the effectiveness of therapy. You will serve as an advanced resource person for both physicians and nursing staff, ensuring the highest standard of care.
This position is designed for flexibility, allowing you to pick up day or night shifts based on your availability. There are no weekend, holiday, or specific shift requirements, and you can choose between 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts. We are looking for individuals who are collaborative, unafraid to do a little extra, and who share our commitment to delivering excellent care.
