About the Role
This position is designed for a dedicated and compassionate professional who plays a key role in both facility-based and home-based settings. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will assess patient respiratory conditions using diagnostic tests and medical equipment, developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and operating devices such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas administration apparatus, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators. You will monitor patient responses to treatment, modifying plans as necessary, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on respiratory treatments and health maintenance.
