About the Role
This position is designed for a dedicated and compassionate professional who plays a key role in both facility-based and home-based settings. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient respiratory conditions using diagnostic tests and medical equipment, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Your day-to-day involves managing and operating complex devices such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas administration apparatus, and aerosol generators. You will also monitor patient responses to treatment, modifying plans as necessary, and educating patients and their families on respiratory treatments and health maintenance. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
