A property inspection firm is seeking motivated independent contractors to seek motivated independent contractors for residential occupancy verifications in South Dakota. This role offers a flexible schedule with earnings ranging from $20 to $30 per hour based on inspection volume. Responsibilities include verifying property occupancy and reporting conditions via a mobile app. Ideal candidates will have a reliable vehicle, a smartphone, and the ability to take detailed photos. No mileage reimbursement for travel is offered.
