About the Role

As a Mortgage Field Services Inspector, you will serve as the eyes and ears for mortgage lenders, performing periodic updates on their properties. The primary purpose of this role is to verify property occupancy and report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior-only, though approximately 10% require interior photos after a property has gone vacant.

This is a flexible, independent contractor position (1099) that allows you to earn predictable full-time or supplemental income on your own schedule. You will be responsible for traveling to assigned properties within your territory, conducting brief inspections, and submitting reports via a dedicated app. The work is consistent month-to-month, offering stability for those seeking reliable income.

What to Expect

Your day will involve driving to multiple locations in your assigned territory, making numerous stops to inspect properties. Each inspection is efficient, typically taking only 5-6 minutes to complete. You will use a smartphone to capture photos and brief comments, then complete a short form in our app to finalize the report. Inspections must be completed within 4 days of assignment.
