Over the years, we have become one of the most trusted organizations working with children, families, individuals, and seniors to enrich their lives. At its core, BAMSI is about building connections. Each year, our organization impacts the lives of more than 50,000 individuals.
BAMSI's mission is to meet each person where they are so they can learn, grow, and thrive. We are committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Accessibility; to creating a holistic system of care; and to abolishing the stigmas surrounding mental illness, disability, and addiction.
As a Residential Counselor, you will provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE). Your primary focus is fostering skills for daily living and community integration, helping residents achieve greater independence. This role is purpose-driven, allowing you to make a direct impact on residents' growth while working within a collaborative culture dedicated to dignity, respect, and evidence-based practices.
You will be part of a team that values specialized training, offering opportunities to earn CEUs and gain skills in mental health support and MAP certification. Whether you are teaching daily living skills, implementing treatment plans under clinician guidance, or advocating for residents' needs, your work contributes to a safe and supportive home environment.
