The Retreat at Jasper is dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, home-like environment for our residents. We are committed to providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. Our mission is to promote wellness and maintain strict adherence to federal, state, and local standards while honoring the dignity and rights of every individual we serve.
As a Resident Care Associate (CNA), you will be the backbone of our care team, reporting directly to the Family Experience Director, Pearl Director, or Assistant Family Experience Director. This role is designed for those passionate about providing hands-on care, physical support, and emotional connection to our residents.
Your day will involve partnering with families to develop and update Personalized Service Plans (PSPs), ensuring that every resident's unique needs are met. You will be responsible for maintaining hydration schedules, assisting with meals, and ensuring residents are clean, appropriately dressed, and safe. Beyond direct care, you will foster a secure environment by monitoring room cleanliness, managing laundry and common areas, and responding promptly to security systems and call bells. You will act as a compassionate advocate, ensuring all resident rights are upheld and that the home-like atmosphere of The Retreat at Jasper is preserved.
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate full-time, part-time, and PRN needs. Shifts are available Monday through Friday, with every other weekend required. Available hours include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a. Candidates must be available to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours to meet peak service delivery times.
We are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess a passion for working with elders or individuals with disabilities. While a high school education is preferred, and prior experience in the Assisted Living industry, Dementia care, or Skilled Nursing is a plus, the most important qualification is a commitment to quality care. If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents, we invite you to apply.
