About the Role

This Research Associate Scientific I position is based in Round Lake, IL, for a 12-month duration with the potential for extension up to 18 months. You will join a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes worldwide through rigorous research and product development. As a key member of the research and development team, your work will directly contribute to making a significant impact on others' lives by ensuring the safety and efficacy of existing and new products.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally and lead by influence, using your analytical approach to identify risks and opportunities for innovation. You will work in an environment that values agility and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Your day-to-day will involve conducting critical chemical and physical analyses on finished product R&D stability samples, supporting testing of raw materials and in-process samples, and maintaining data integrity in compliance with FDA, cGxP, and QSR regulations. You will utilize sophisticated laboratory instrumentation and electronic systems to collect and record data, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to company SOPs.
