The Research Associate I is a vital member of our scientific community, supporting the full lifecycle of research projects under the guidance of a Principal Investigator or Senior Research Scientist. This one-year position (with potential for renewal) serves as a cornerstone for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of experimental results.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between data collection and publication. Your day-to-day involves conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing complex datasets using statistical tools, and maintaining the precision of our laboratory equipment. You will work closely with Research Technicians, Laboratory Assistants, and external collaborators to coordinate experiments and share findings. Beyond the bench, you will contribute to the development of new research protocols, assist in drafting manuscripts, and support grant proposal preparations. This position offers a unique opportunity to mentor new staff and interns while adhering to strict regulatory and ethical guidelines.
