This role joins a busy clinical program with a strong emphasis on assisted reproduction and reproductive endocrinology.
Our division collaborates regularly with the Magee Women's Research Institute (MWRI), one of the nation's top biomedical research institutions. The REI Division focuses research on fertility and hormonal conditions affecting fertility, making this expertise available to patients through various clinics. The Center for Fertility and Reproductive Endocrinology (CFRE) is a robust unit incorporating reproductive endocrinology, fertility preservation, reproductive urology, genetics, embryology, andrology, and endocrinology. Additionally, the division houses the Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Center and the Reproductive Late-Effects program for long-term care after gonadotoxic therapy.

This position is primarily clinical, with opportunities for research and teaching. The successful candidate will join a team of 7 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Time is split approximately 80% clinical and 20% teaching/research. Call duties are split evenly among providers, with some weekend coverage required for time-sensitive testing and procedures.
Academic rank is dependent on qualifications, experience, and achievements. The division is committed to training a new generation of REI specialists through its robust fellowship program. Providers in practice also collaborate with the Center for Reproduction & Transplantation, which focuses on fertility preservation, including clinical and translational research in gonadal tissue cryopreservation and transplantation.
