As a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will utilize industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs, championing the "Safelite Spirit" with a can-do attitude and a caring heart.
This role is designed to bring unexpected happiness to your customers by completing jobs with the highest quality standards in mind. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians and Safelite leaders, learning the "Safelite Way of Fitting" to repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues. Your day will involve managing work orders and customer communication through our handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology, promoting promotional items, and ensuring customer vehicles are cleaned during wait times.
