This role serves as the first point of contact for clients in the financial center lobby. You will engage clients to educate and assist them in conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. Beyond processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, you will have the opportunity to have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities. Your goal is to connect clients with solutions that meet their specific financial goals, driving a superior client experience while managing financial center traffic and appointments effectively.

Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.
