The Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services (BJRS) Technician plays a vital role in our collaborative care model, working alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee staff. This position is designed to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare by assisting in multiple aspects of day-to-day rehabilitation services.
In this role, you will help create a positive patient experience by conducting interventions with a patient-centric mindset and compassion. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all activities related to patient care are performed safely and effectively under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist. Your work contributes to the department's reputation by exploring opportunities to improve workflow and customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
