Join our front line of #HealthcareHeroes at our hospital-based Laboratory environment in Wailuku, HI. This role is designed to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service within our clinical operations.
You will serve as the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming patients while assisting them in a timely manner. A key part of your day involves obtaining patient and doctor information, entering requisitions that accompany specimens to the lab, and contacting doctors to resolve any missing information. This position offers the opportunity to grow in your profession while providing routine access to protected health information (PHI) with a strict commitment to confidentiality and privacy standards.
