Our RN Treatment Nurses support resident health through specialized wound care and infection prevention, while embracing our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor wounds, implement care plans, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing and prevent complications. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting care partners through guidance and accountability to uphold high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
A day in the life involves ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiate plans of care as needed, and develop assignments in coordination with care partners, keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
