The Terraces at Summitview's Skilled Nursing Facility has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a Best Nursing Home for Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehab. As one of the largest nonprofit owner/operators of senior living communities in the country, HumanGood is more than just a place to work. We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone we serve is provided with every opportunity to become their best selves as they define it. This begins with you.
Our RN Treatment Nurses support resident health through specialized wound care and infection prevention, while embracing our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor wounds, implement care plans, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing and prevent complications. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting care partners through guidance and accountability to uphold high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
A day in the life involves ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiate plans of care as needed, and develop assignments in coordination with care partners.
At HumanGood, we offer the opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself. We provide an incredible package of benefits and perks for our part-time and full-time Team Members that can add up to 40% of your base pay. Part-time and per diem team members receive medical benefits starting the 1st of the month following their start date, a matching 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and a cell phone plan allowance of $25+ tax per line.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws. For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.
