About the Role

We are seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Fresno, California. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate a smooth and compassionate transition for new residents and their families. Working closely with the Admissions Coordinator, you will review referrals and inquiries, conduct initial nursing assessments, and ensure appropriate bed placement and staff readiness.

This position combines clinical expertise with patient-centered care, supporting residents through the intake process while managing essential administrative functions to ensure timely and efficient admissions.
