- check_circleProvide clinical oversight for day-to-day hospital operations
- check_circleDirect patient care including group and individual therapy interventions
- check_circleConduct comprehensive nursing assessments and psychiatric metric measures
- check_circleManage nursing staff assignments and adjust schedules for staffing needs
- check_circleProvide emergency care within safe and appropriate timeframes
- check_circleCreate and implement discharge plans and post-hospital care arrangements
- check_circleDevelop, update, and maintain current nursing care plans for patients
- check_circleApply treatment, restraint, or seclusion interventions as authorized
- check_circleAdminister IV medications and perform venipuncture techniques
- check_circleEducate patients and families on medication, disorders, and living skills
Requirements
- verifiedGraduate from an accredited school of nursing with an RN Degree
- verifiedCurrent State Registered Nursing (RN) License
- verifiedCurrent CPR Certification
- verifiedCurrent CPI Certification
- verifiedOne (1) year of clinical nursing experience
