This position provides direct and indirect patient care within an assigned care setting, serving as a vital link in the multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes. The role is built on a foundation of critical thinking, compassion, integrity, and respect, ensuring that every patient's autonomy, dignity, and rights are preserved while striving to restore health whenever possible.
In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with physicians, leadership, and colleagues to deliver high-quality care. Your day-to-day involves assessing patient conditions accurately, administering prescribed medications, and performing treatments that require technical and manual skills. Beyond clinical duties, you will prioritize patient safety, address psychosocial needs, and engage in patient and family education to support both hospital and post-discharge well-being.
Candidates must hold a current RN license and BLS certification. Please note that BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire. While not mandatory for application, ACLS or PALS specialty certifications are preferred.
