As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Med/Surg team, you will embrace a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. This role is designed for a nurse who excels in patient assessments, identifies needs, and initiates appropriate interventions. You will provide care tailored to the condition and age of each patient, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in the medical record. A key part of your contribution involves completing and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient and performing timely quality improvement assessments. Your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.
