About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long Term Acute Care team. In this role, you will play a central part in providing compassionate, excellent treatment every step of the way. You will be responsible for receiving admissions and transfers, conducting systematic patient assessments, and interpreting diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Your day will involve ensuring medical orders are processed accurately, maintaining timely documentation, and instructing and counseling patients and their families. You will also be a key responder during Rapid Response and code events.
