About the Role

Registered Nurses (RNs) play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment at Select Specialty Hospital in Bettendorf, Iowa. In this full-time, day shift position, you will partner with a team of over 44,000 committed professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. The role involves receiving admissions and transfers, conducting systematic patient assessments, and interpreting diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. You will ensure medical orders are processed accurately, maintain timely documentation, and provide instruction and counseling to patients and their families. Competence in Rapid Response and code events is essential as you support patients through their extended recovery journey.
